I had everything from medium rare to well-done, with just the right amount of smoke flavor and a nice bark. Today I did a whole chicken. The skin was nice and crispy and the breast was moist with again a good mild smoke flavor. All in all my experience so far with the smoker has been very pleasing. I know there are still some things I need to learn as far as time and temperature and make some adjustments to the smoking which are all possible with this smoker. I have been using a combination pellet produced by Camp Chef and I’m very pleased with it.

My biggest problem now, if you read below about not using my 4K Cal Flame gas grill anymore (STILL haven't since), is that my wife if busting my chops to tear out my original 'outdoor kitchen' to free up more space on the patio!
